I believe...

I believe a good Creative Director is many things: Part-time strategist, mentor, planner, speaker, humorist, confidant, storyteller, inventor. And a full-time inspirational leader. Confident and engaging. Bravado tinged with humility. A good person helping people do great things. That's the leader I'm working to be.

I believe a good Creative never stops thinking about how to make an idea better.

I believe in being authentic in everything I do, not just on the job.

I believe that data and analytics drive everything, except the one thing science can't measure–that gut feeling when you know an idea is right.

I believe in working hard, laughing a lot and loving what I do.
